Advisors are independent of Retirement Boost and are solely responsible for the services and advice they provide.

We do not endorse or guarantee any Advisor’s services, recommendations, or outcomes.

Any engagement you choose to enter into with an Advisor is strictly between you and that Advisor or firm.

5. Event registrations and changes
By submitting a registration form, you agree that:

The event date, time, location, speakers, and content may change or be canceled at our or the Advisor’s discretion.

We or the Advisor may contact you with confirmations, reminders, updates, or rescheduling notices using the contact information you provide.

Seating may be limited, and registration does not guarantee admission if capacity is exceeded or you arrive late.

We are not liable for any costs you incur (such as travel or childcare) in connection with attending or being unable to attend an event.

6. User responsibilities
You agree that you will:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or contacting us.

Not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Not attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the website or related systems.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to a text from us.

Your dealings with any Advisor or third party connected to our Services.

The “Last updated” date above indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, MI, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
